At Umka School, we combine academic excellence with emotional intelligence and creativity. We support children as they grow into active, responsible learners — ready for the challenges of the modern world.
Our approach
Academic excellence with heart
We combine strong academics with emotional support, helping children thrive intellectually and personally.
Project-based learning
Children apply knowledge in real-life contexts — through hands-on projects, teamwork, and discovery.
Small class sizes
Fewer students per class means more attention, deeper connection, and a tailored learning journey.
Languages & creativity
We nurture language development, imagination, and self-expression through music, art, drama, and movement.
A Strong academic foundation
Academia Gnosis follows European educational principles, carefully adapted to meet both Cypriot and Russian curriculum standards. Our licensed program includes:
Core subjects: literacy and reading, mathematics, world discovery, science, IT literacy, Greek as a second language, cultural studies, and ethics.
Creative and enrichment lessons: art studios, music and vocal expression, drama and storytelling, STEAM projects, exhibitions, and eco-initiatives — these are what make our school truly stand out and allow each child to explore their full potential.
Physical education and emotional development: daily movement, team games, and structured emotional learning through reflection and communication.
We are constantly expanding our list of after-school activities. Currently, we offer dance classes, chess, robotics, musical theatre for young children, individual music lessons, SAMBO and judo — and much more. (learn more)
